Welcome to SearchRovr – an AI-powered search tool that helps your site visitors find what they’re actually looking for.

By using our plugin, dashboard, or services, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use SearchRovr.


1. Who We Are

SearchRovr is a product of LimeCuda, LLC, a Florida-based limited liability company. We provide an AI-powered website search platform that indexes your site’s content and delivers intelligent, chat-style answers to your visitors.

2. Your Content, Your Responsibility

The content you upload, connect, or allow us to index is still yours. You’re responsible for ensuring:

  • It’s lawful and non-infringing
  • It doesn’t violate any of our policies
  • It doesn’t include private or sensitive data that shouldn’t be searched

We don’t claim ownership, but we need permission to process it in order to deliver search results.

3. What You Can’t Use Us For

Don’t use SearchRovr to:

  • Promote pornography, gambling, or illegal activity
  • Violate any laws
  • Abuse the service (e.g., excessive or malicious queries, unauthorized scraping, etc.)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or that act against the spirit of fair use.

4. Free Trials, Plans & Pricing

  • Free trials include a limited number of uploads and search queries.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on what you choose.
  • We may offer prorated refunds at our discretion.

Your plan’s quota will be clearly outlined—no hidden fees, no confusing overages.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with SearchRovr. Because we offer a free tier and admin-side trial, you can try the service before committing to a paid plan.

  • Paid Subscriptions: All subscriptions are billed in advance. Once a billing cycle begins, payments are generally non-refundable.
  • Discretionary Refunds: We may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or prorated refund if you cancel early in a billing cycle or if there is a technical issue on our side that prevented you from reasonably using the service.
  • How to Request a Refund: Contact us at support@searchrovr.com within 14 days of the charge. We’ll review requests individually and let you know the outcome.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.

6. AI Limitations & Disclaimers

Our AI search may sometimes return:

  • Incorrect or misleading answers
  • “Hallucinations” (content inferred by AI, but not directly from your site)
  • Results that reflect interpretation instead of literal citations (unless you configure strict exact-match mode)

SearchRovr should not be relied on for legal, medical, or professional advice.

7. Account Cancellation & Data

  • If you cancel your plan, access ends immediately.
  • Currently, we do not offer data export after cancellation.
  • We may delete inactive or unpaid accounts after a period of inactivity.

8. Security & Shared Responsibility

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but you are also responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • Controlling access to your dashboard
  • Avoiding indexing content that shouldn’t be exposed via search

Security is a shared responsibility.

9. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services—like OpenAI, DigitalOcean, and others—to deliver our platform. These may change over time.

By using SearchRovr, you agree to let us use these providers as needed. You’re responsible for ensuring any indexed content complies with your own privacy and data standards.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. The latest version will always be available at searchrovr.com/terms-of-service/. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
